No refunds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept any returns.
We will honor exchanges ONLY if WE made a mistake.
All items are inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure they are not defective.
We do not offer replacement items due to wear and tear or customer negligence.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged prior to arriving to your address so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of a wrong item being sent to you please take a picture of the item along with the invoice or order number and send it to us via email us at support@ririsparty.com. We will review and send you the correct item free of charge.
